Born in Mexico City, Daniel began his culinary career at the young age of 16. Following college, Daniel traveled through Europe, North, Central and South America. Chef is a member of the L'Academie Culinaire de France and won Bocuse d’Or Mexico. He has worked as Executive Chef and F & B director at St. Regis Mexico City and Westin Sant Fe. He later on moved to the Bay Area with his family, to join Larry Mindel and Joanne Wier in their Sausalito restaurant Copita. Chef Daniel joined Frame Ventures team in 2020 and is Director of F & B operations of this group.
